You can easily access receipts, track all your spends and set spending threshold. 2. You can get bulk packaging for easier service for large number of people. 3. You always have the transparency of how many people can eat from each portion and check what it costs per person. 4. There are discounts on orders and also earn reward points with each order everytime. 5. You can place your order in days, weeks or even months in advance. 6. You can modify the orders anytime or you can opt for cancellations anytime. How does STUFD work? You can order from mobile app (Android and IOS): Once we receive your order, we will get your food prepared as per any special instructions, ready to go, and delivered on time. Order Related Can I place the order for my event a few days in advance? Yes, you can place orders days or weeks in advance. We will track and coordinate the orders for your chosen day and time, to ensure a perfect on time delivery. What Hygiene check are done by STUFD? STUFD conduct third-party hygiene audits and quality checks of the kitchen prior to boarding them on STUFD. Additionally, caterers are audited to see they follow COVID-19 protocols including checking the body temperature of their employees, wearing masks, sanitizing surfaces and hands, and other protocols as set by government authorities. Do you provide food delivery / self pick-up? Once your order is ready, we will deliver order through a logistics partner to your office address at the time selected by you. Delivery fees are dependent and chargeable based on distance and order size You can not pick up your order directly. How is the food packaged? We take care to use catering grade packaging that maintains freshness of food, temperature and allows for convenient service. The food is generally packed in large disposable containers, which is easy to serve for large groups, and easy to dispose after your event is over! As the food is meant to be consumed fresh and as soon as received, we recommend you do not let good food sit out for long! Where can I see my order update / order history? You can check your order history in your mobile app. We will send you regular updates for your order status. Can I edit / change my order? Please call us on 022-49392000 and we will assist you. Can you accommodate special requests or specifications? All special requests are subject to the kitchen’s discretion. Kindly mention your requirements, and we will do our best to have it done, or find the next best solution for your special needs. Payment & Refund Related Can I pay cash on delivery? We currently are not accepting cash on delivery. You can pay through multiple options including credit card, debit card, numerous payment wallets and direct bank transfer. Is there a fee for order cancellation? There is no cancellation fee, but the we may have to charge for food already prepared in case it is short notice. You can refer to our Terms of Service.
